Homemade Shampoo for Dogs with Dry Skin

2 Tablespoons Aloe Vera Gel

2 Cups Water

2 Teaspoons Liquid Castile Soap 

1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

One final homemade dog shampoo recipe for dogs with dry skin is one that may seem very familiar.  This shampoo incorporates oatmeal as its main ingredient!  That’s right, oatmeal!  Oatmeal is not only ideal for relief from dry skin, but also to soothe mosquito bites and get rid of fleas.  Can’t go wrong with this one!  To create this particular shampoo you must mix together the desired amount of oatmeal with warm water and stir until it becomes a thick, batter-like mixture.  Apply to the dog’s coat and let is sit for 3-5 minutes.  After the wait is up, rinse and that’s it!
